​65+ EHS executives from a variety of backgrounds were procured and screened. The caliber and diversity of the candidates pleased the client. Within four months of our initial briefing call, a hire was made after a thorough four-stage interview process.

The Challenge

A large, highly regulated research institution sought the assistance of Shirley Parsons in finding a Senior EHS Director to lead their large EHS team, in a crucial and highly visible role that reported directly into the CEO. This organization had experienced significant turnover in the position, with 3 different people holding the role in the last 5 years and was therefore seeking a candidate who could offer stability and reliability.

This resulted in a final “shortlist” of 10 candidates who all interviewed with our client for the position – resulting in the hiring team being very impressed by both the caliber as well as the diversity of candidates presented. After an in-depth, four-stage interview process, a hire was successfully made within 4 months of our initial briefing call.
