The Site Safety Officer will be tasked with ensuring safe working conditions for all team members at the site and should possess an ability to communicate with employees at all levels with the goal of developing a positive safety culture.The Role: Lead local Health and Safety processes including behavior based safety, risk assessments and mitigation, and ergonomicsMeasure, evaluate, and recommend changes on the effectiveness of hazard management systems, policies and procedures to eliminate workplace injuriesAssist in site health and safety investigations to ensure proper corrective and preventative measures have been implementedDevelop and perform training The Candidate: 3+  years’ professional EHS experience Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related disciplineAbility to create and execute Safety training programsExcellent communication and presentation skills
