HR Business Partner

About Sally

My name’s Sally and I’m the HR Business Partner for Shirley Parsons North America. I’ve worked for Shirley Parsons since 2017, focusing primarily on talent acquisition, career planning and operational support for new business ventures.

I have over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and Internal Recruitment, working with organizations in the legal and professional services sectors. I love working with people and am passionate about helping individuals achieve their career ambitions. I’ve been involved in various projects over the years including managing internal recruitment, developing new operations processes, designing career plans and much more.

As well as achieving my career ambitions, I love to travel and spend quality time with family and friends. Although I’m originally from North Carolina, I’ve become an avid New England Patriots and Boston Bruins fan since moving to Massachusetts in 2006 (much to the dismay of my family and friends back home)!
