A leading manufacturing company is looking to hire a Corporate Health and Safety Manager near the St. Paul, MN area. Reporting to the EHS Director for the organization, the incumbent will manage, update, and develop Safety programs and policies across the region, responsible for overseeing organizational compliance. 

The Role:

• Influences regional and local stakeholders to drive the Safety performance
• Accountable for preparing and managing Safety documentation for each location
• Monitors changes to all Safety regulations and conducts regular audits
• Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits
• Indirectly managing a team of safety professionals
•  

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS/Science/Engineering or a related technical field
• Master's Degree in EHS-related field 
• Professional certification (ASP, CSP, CHMM, etc.)
• 8+ years of Safety experience in manufacturing setting
• 1+ years' experience in Leadership position
• Experience managing multiple locations, or a complex facility
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and communicate at all levels
