A leading precast concrete manufacturer is looking for an EHS Manager to join their team in the Sumner, WA. Overseeing x2 locations in Washington State, you would be responsible for driving safety performance at the facilities - ensuring a commitment towards safety excellence across all operational teams. The Role:

• Promote a proactive EHS culture at all levels of the organization, with heavy focus on employee engagement towards the EHS program

• Maintain records for EHS training ensuring up to date and in compliance with State and Federal regulations

• Work closely with EHS Director in highlighting successes, focus areas and KPI's for the site, in order to continually develop the safety program 

• Undertake job-site inspections, hazard observations, near miss investigations and audits across the site, as deemed necessary

• Monitor laws and regulations that may affect the branch based on State, and local requirements under EHS policies

The Candidate:

• Around 3-5 years hands-on on EHS experience working in an industrial environment (manufacturing or construction)

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferred)

• OSHA 30 (Required)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
