Project Quality Manager

A construction consulting organization is looking to appoint a Project Quality Manager to work on a marquee project in the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for ensuring all construction works are completed to the requirements listed by the client. The Role:

  • Oversee and direct on-site personnel involved in quality control work
  • Prepare, obtain approval, issue, and implement company project quality program manual in compliance with owner contract and company requirements
  • Supervise the inspection and review work
  • Ensure suppliers and sub-contractors have appropriate Quality Control/Assurance measures in place
  • Provide monthly quality reports to both company and client leadership teams

The Candidate:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience overseeing quality management on heavy-civil construction projects (LA METRO, Caltrans exp. desirable) 
  • At least 5 years of management experience leading other quality personnel 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Ability to travel to construction sites locally in the Los Angeles area
