Business Operations Assistant

About Katherine

Hi, I’m Katherine! I recently joined the Shirley Parsons team as a Business Operations Assistant in the Boston office. I graduated from Bridgewater State University in May of 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources. I began working in Human Resources as an intern at a large construction company, where I focused on employee support and management. As a Business Operations Assistant, I focus on employee relations and help with processes such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, updating employee files, etc. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with the company!

I enjoy spending time outside and exploring new places when I'm not working. I often spend time with my two dogs as well as my family's horse. I also enjoy finding new shows or podcasts to listen to!
